Shipping timeframes are based upon when the order actually ships, not necessarily from today. We will let you know via email an estimated shipping date.
In-stock orders ship within 24 hours.
Parts that are not in stock must be ordered from the manufacturer and generally ship within 2-3 business days.
On rare occasions, it may take 5-8 business days to get a part from the manufacturer before shipping it out to you.
Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
Overnight shipping is available in some areas for an additional cost.
Oversized shipments will incur additional costs; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
Orders totaling $250 or more will require a signature.
We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Core return shipping is your responsibility. If you're interested in returning your core, please email us and we will follow up with instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce the shipping cost to the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact your local carrier to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. Please contact your local carrier to locate any missing packages.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to shipping. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
If your package is "Returned to Sender" it cannot be re-shipped; you will need to place a new order. We will issue a refund for your order (minus shipping charges).
We currently only ship to the United States.
Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping Damage / Loss Claims
Please inspect freight shipments for damage prior to signing for them. If damage is found please be sure it is noted on the bill of lading prior to accepting the package. Failure to note the damage on freight shipments may result in a denial of the damage claim.
The customer will need to and is responsible for contacting us to initiate a damage or loss claim. If damaged, please send us an email at [email protected] explaining the damage along with photos of the product received and the packaging. Please inspect shipments for damage prior to signing for them.
Losses must be reported no longer than 15 days past the estimated time of shipment delivery by the carrier. You are emailed the day the shipment is sent with the tracking number and invoice. If the shipment does not arrive near the estimated time of shipping delivery please contact us within 15 days of this estimated time. Estimated times are provided by the shipping carrier. We do not guarantee estimated delivery times as this is a service solely provided by the shipping carrier.
